Chiropractic care is a conservative discipline of health care and wellness aimed at treating the whole person. Utilizing a sound knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, physical structure, and physiology a chiropractor evaluates a patient’s overall health and seeks to restore balance and function to their life. In doing so, a chiropractor supports the body’s natural healing ability and mechanisms for adaptation and homeostasis

Treatments are manual therapy based and include:

  • spinal manipulation to restore motion and strength

  • mobilization and stretching

  • therapeutic exercises

  • trigger point work

  • patient education
